Here is an example of what a day with us could look like: 7:30 - Yoga and Meditation 8:30 - Breakfast 9:00 - Go to co-working to meet with your team to align on work 11:00 - (Pick and choose from our list of optional workshops or activities) 13:00 - Spanish lunch 14:00 - Rest. Take a walk in nature or a siesta 15:00 - (Pick and choose from our list of optional workshops or activities) 18:00 - Rest.
