Hi there Worktrippers 🌎 I’m Nini - Human Connector, Bucket Lister, and Pancake Enthusiast living the coconut-slurping remote life from the beaches of Bali (...or wherever I open my laptop). 🏝👩‍💻 I am a strong believer that the freedom to work from anywhere shouldn’t have to come at the sacrifice of loneliness and isolation, so I founded “The Work Happiness Project” to help remote employees to work from anywhere while feeling connected to everyone. 🍀 My mission is to "humanize" the digital work environment by bringing more personal fulfillment & meaningful connections to the virtual offices/ team retreats. 🌎 The idea is that when our batteries are supercharged from inside, we actually have more to give to others - we are more energetic, more fulfilled in our lives and more productive in our work. 🔋 Therefore I created a series of holistic well-being team building workshops (online & off-site) that are all based on the three core pillars: Live Fuller. Connect Deeper. Be happier. Under the cheesy tagline "make connections stronger than wifi", I've helped remote teams at Meta, Google, DELL, Doist, Hubspot etc. to build up a positive and uplifting remote culture across borders.
