Archipelo Coaching

For 25 years I worked in the media and advertising industry. I enjoyed a huge variety of differing experiences. I built high performing commercial teams, led the innovation of new digital offerings, acquired and integrated new businesses, worked under big American corporates and private equity backed owners and eventually was part of the executive team that sold the whole company. When I reflected on the times I enjoyed most during this period, they were always when I was hands on in the creation of building teams, establishing their culture and harnessing their ability to innovate and go beyond expectations. Sadly in my latter years I had moved away from doing this as often. So my move into coaching in 2020 was the perfect way for me to get back to what I enjoyed most. At Archipelo we coach individuals, teams and organisations to develop their self-awareness in order to unlock their potential and reach their goals. We work across multiple sectors and across all levels of organisations. This enables us to share the success and failures from our own careers alongside the innovations we see from our client base in our workshops when relevant to our clients. Archipelo is boutique team of like minded coaches who have all enjoyed stellar senior corporate careers. Working closely together allows us to bespoke every client project to precisely to fit their needs giving us the thrill of innovating and being creative with our work.
