What Goes Around Limited

I work with people, teams, communities and businesses worldwide, exploring culture and change, helping to solve problems, through co-creating and enabling more effective ways to work. I present on creative and collaborative work practices at conferences in the UK, Europe and USA. My arts-based learning project was a finalist in the Learning and Performance Institute’s Learning Awards, innovation in learning category. My work in organisations focusses on change, using our innate curiosity to explore and improve our understanding of the different relationships between colleagues, service users, and customers. I frequently work using various forms of creative thinking and practice, to explore and build trust. This helps create empowering conditions for people to design and implement relevant, co-created solutions, and to understand each other better.
