Birch has two venues that offer the escape of a lifestyle hotel set in nature, the buzz of a members club, and the flexibility of a coworking space. Not to mention a spot for some seriously tasty food from some seriously talented chefs. Big breakfasts, barbies, light lunches, tasting menus, cocktails, garden feasts – you name it, we serve it.
