Evolving Design delivers expertly facilitated workshops to help teams solve sticky problems, align, design new programs, products and create innovative strategies together. Formed by Ben Rouse, a former teacher and trainer in 2018, out of experience of trying to help schools solve problems where the design thinking methodology and design sprint techniques made the most impact. Since leaving teaching Ben has facilitated workshops for Google, proSapient and Local Authorities amongst others.
